InsOmnia functions as an automated chatbot solution that can respond to customers in real time and also serves as a platform for evaluating customer service (CS) performance. It supports customer satisfaction measurement through various evaluation methods such as Customer Effort Score (CES), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
